Get to know Lexi Ridgeway

Alexis (Lexi) is originally from Illinois. She attended Northern Illinois University where she was a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority while majoring in the Science of Nursing. After receiving her RN, BSN title, Lexi moved to Springfield, Missouri for a year working as a NICU RN before continuing her journey south and landing here in Austin. After 8 years in the nursing field working with patients, Lexi has hung up her scrubs and joined the IWS team where she now treats our clients with the same love and devotion. Lexi is in charge of Austin’s calendar, managing the office, client onboarding experience, and organization of IWS events.

Outside of work, you can find Lexi with her husband exploring the town with their two dogs, visiting local breweries, seeing the newest movie in theaters, or working on their first home.
